Sinclair Stainless jacketed mixing vessel, Eexd rated, 2500ltr working capacity, 316 stainless steel. Jacket pressure 4.5bar @ 155 degrees C, test pressure 7.3bar.

4 blade pitched turbine mixing head driven by a 7.5kw motor, output speed 58rpm, Eexd T4 flameproof. 2off sprayball top spray balls, 500mm dia hinged chargeport with safety interlock, 2 x 4" sightglass, 5 x 2" RJT top connections.

Bottom entry homogeniser with a 170mm dia 4 blade slotted head driven by a 15kw @ 2935rpm Eexd T4 flameproof motor. 2" product outlet with pneumatic actuator. 3 off stainless steel legs complete with load cells.

Overall dimensions: 1.8m x 2.6m ground to manway. Total height including top motor and load cells 3.6m.
