Fryma VME700 Process Vessel

Fryma model VME700 homogenizing vaccum mixer/processing plant.  Approx 700 litre batch capacity, total vessel capacity 1000 litre.  Internal rated full vacuum +3bar max pressure and 150 degrees C max temperature.  Carbon steel jacket (stainless steel cladded) rated at 3 bar max pressure and 15 degrees C max temperature.  304 stainless steel contact surfaces.  Unit equiped with 3 agitators including a high speed saw tooth disperser and a homogeniser. Agitator driven by 11kw/380v/50Hz motor, homogeniser driven by 18.5kw/380v/5Hz motor.  There are 2 additional inlets pneumatically oerated for adding product infeed.  Full feature control panel, heating/cooling jacket, hydraulic power pack and vacuum pumps system mounted internally into machine base.  Additional side mounted product hopper to fill additives into mix.
