Zalkin CA3 360NG fully automatic screw capping machine

Zalkin model CA3 360NG fully automatic three head screw capping machine constructed in stainless steel, presently fitted with 1 head capping chuck only, supplied new in 2005.  The overmounted cap unscrambler is approx 550mm dia x 600mm deep;  with a cap guide track to orientate the caps and deliver them to the capping heads.  The existing starwheel transport has 16 pockets to suit 60mm dia containers.  The machine has a 100mm wide x 3.8m long slatband conveyor and an electrical safety interlocked access panel.  Full feature stainless steel machine control panel.  Machine dimensions 3.8m long x 1.5m deep x 2.4m high.  The machine is only fitted with one cap chuck at present, approx output speed on single head 50-60bpm, extra heads can be fitted for higher speed if required.
