UNUSED TGM model E250 Matic fully automatic stainless steel tube filling and sealing machine for Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Chemical and Food Industry products. Output Capacity: Upto 3,700 units/hour Metal Tubes: Diameter 10-42mm, Length 50-240mm Plastic Tubes: Diameter 10-50mm, Length 50-240mm Tube print orientation and sensor to detect tube right way up, minimises waste. Fold and roll crimping system for closing metal; polyethylene/laminate tubes sealed by hot air or hot jaws. Integrated ergonomic tube loading system, swings aside for easy access The machine is presently set up with hot air for plastic tubes and there is a brand new wrapped head supplied for aluminium tubes. Additional options included: Stirrer/scraper; Coding stamp capability; Product level control; Tube orientation system; Water cooler, Pharmaceutical product/data recovery system for recall of batch history for traceability and validation purposes. The TGM was supplied to us in its orignal sealed manufacturers packing case hence all of the non assembled parts are still wrapped/boxed in original manufacturer packaging.  All original manufacturer manuals/documentation all supplied.
