IMA COMADIS model C1090 fully automatic tube filler. The machine is complete with a large capacity cassette style empty tube loading system. The large product hopper has a level sensor and an auger type inductor/stirrer unit . Other features include: printed tube orientation/registration system, no tube-no fill sensor, digital display colour control panel, full safety guarding with electrical interlocking to all opening panels. The maximum output speed is stated as 90 tubes/minute depending on product properties and the fill volume set. Automatic tube filler for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and foodstuff products.
