Allfill S10 Powder Filler

ALLFILL INTERNATIONAL model S10 semi automatic powder filler in stainless steel Conical product hopper 530mm dia x approx 500mm deep, gross volume approx 25-35 litres.  The hopper has a rotating scraper arm which assists the product flow by preventing product bridging in the narrow zone of the hopper.  There is a 20mm dia auger/funnel set with mirror polished finish.  A freeflow set is fitted to the auger to stop product leakage between fills.  The hopper has a safety interlocked top cover with a 200mm x 100mm hatch and cover and a 120mm dia powder loading port and a level sensor which controls the loading cycle pneumatic transfer system.  The machine QUANTUM II control panel features stop/start; emergency stop; mode selector; fill enable; status; auger setting; cut off; agitation; empty hopper.  The machine is mounted onto a column with a 700mm x 500mm base and there is a position adjustable 310mm dia platform for the container being filled.  Overall height 2.2m
