Marchesini ML616 filler/capper

MARCHESINI type ML616 fully automatic monobloc filler capper for accurate dosing of liquid product into glass or plastic vials/bottle.  It is a medium to high speed machine capable of up to 350/min (subject to product viscosity and dose volume).  The machine comprises a 12 head rotary filling head and a 9 head rotary screw capping head.  Bottle control via in-feed/out-feed and transfer star-wheels. Fill volume range: 1 to 500ml (subject to dosing cylinder size) Bottle diameter range: 18-70mm (20-70mm square) Bottle height range: 35-200mm (excluding cap) Machine installed power: 5kw Air consumption: 100N/l min @ 6 bar Approx gross weight: 2,600kg Approx overall dimensions: 3.6m x 1.4m x approx 1.9m high. Cap diameter range: 7-45mm Cap height range: 10mm - 45mm The machine has full guarding which is electrically safety interlocked.  316 grade stainless steel product contact parts.  Touchscreen electronic operator control panel. The machine is unmarked and in exceptional condition. Note:  The dosing cylinders presently fitted to the machine have a dose range up to approx 250ml.
