Stainless Steel 300L mixing vessel

Stainless steel mixing vessel 900mm dia x 750mm side x 250mm deep conical base to a 50mm dia outlet.  Approx gross capacity 300 litres.  Clamped top cover with a 300mm dia port, 100mm dia sightglass, 0-4 bar pressure relief valve, 1.5kw variable speed mixer drive.  The mixer shaft has inner and outer flat plate helical spirals which combine a radial axial flow pattern with a vertical flow pattern creating an effective product blending condition, suitable for mixing/blending liquid/liquid phases or powder/liquid phases.  The vessel is rated at 2.5bar max w.p., 90 degress celsius.  It is mounted onto a stainless steel mobile frame with castors.  Overall dimensions 1.0m x 1.4m x 2.3m high.
