Sapphire Engineering 455L mixing vessel

Sapphire Engineering mixing vessel constructed in 316L grade stainless steel with mirror polished finish. ASME V111 classification. Approx 800mm dia x approx 900mm deep, gross volume 455 litres. Vessel rating 7 bar W.P., 10 bar T.P. Stainless steel jacket to vessel side and base, rated at 8 bar T.P. 5 bar W.P., lagged and stainless steel clad. Top mounted LIGHTNIN mixer with A310 three blade impeller. Speed range 184-920 rpm via 0.25kw motor. Vessel features: 100mm dia port, 3 x 19mm dia ports, pressure relief valve, 50mm dia bottom outlet with handwheel closure and sample port. 4 x 80mm dia stainless steel legs. Vessel overall height 2.1m.
