Malrex Fabrications mixing vessel

MALREX FABRICATIONS mixing vessel constructed in 316L grade stainless steel and supplied new in 2002.       mm dia x 1100mm straight side plus 340mm deep conical base, gross capacity approx       litres.  170mm deep top dish flange & bolt mounted with 1 x 300mm dia port, 1 x 50mm dia port and 3 x 70mm dia ports.  LIGHTNIN mixer with 25mm dia shaft and 200mm dia "sawtooth" high speed disperser workhead, driven from a 1.5kw 230-440v 1420rpm motor.  Vessel has a 50mm dia product outlet.  The outer surface of the vessel side and base area have an electric "trace" heating system which is insulated and rigid stainless clad.  Vessel nameplate is marked "full vacuum" design pressure @ 50°C, 4.5bar test pressure.  The vessel has 3 x 70mm dia stainless steel legs with strut bracing.  Overall height 2680mm.  Height to flange faces 1760mm.  Control box on side section with thermostatic control for heating system.
