Rayneri Trimix TXR 50 conical process mixing vessel

RAYNERI ”TRIMIX TXR 50” conical process/mixing vessel for liquid, semi viscous and paste type viscous products, constructed in 316 grade stainless steel, supplied new in 1997. Vessel gross volume approx 75 litres, nominal working capacity 50-60 litres. The vessel is vacuum rated for deaeration of the product during the mixing cycle. The mixing elements are(A) full profile anchor style scraped surface 0.75kw, speed range 6-29 rpm; Central zone contra rotating paddle blades, 0.75kw,speed range 20-103 rpm, central homogeniser, 0.75kw, speed range1,500 rpm. The machine has a hydraulic system for raise/lower vessel and discharge functions. Approx overall dimensions are 1230 x 860 x 2834mm high (+600mm raise function). Weight: 980kg.
