Glatt Sysmek model MAV600 high speed mixer granulator in 316 stainless steel.  Eexd flameproof 11D T.  Batch size 50-350kg product specific.  Bowl dia 1200mm, depth 650mm.  High speed 4 blade chopper 200mm dia swept.  Outlet 200mm dia pneumatic operation.  Hinged top cover with sprayball system, numerous top connections and powder hopper with actuated valve.  Outlet has sprayball system.  Feeds directly into a conical powder mill, 250mm dia milling head, mobile on castors if not required during process.  Supplied new in 2010.  Requires a basic control panel to incorporate 2 x stop/start and 2 x speed inverters. Overall dimensions 2.3m x 2m (incl outlet) x 2.7m high
