HOBART stainless steel change pan mixer with planetary mixing/blending action. Hemispherical product pan 500mm dia x 500mm deep, gross capacity approx 82 litres. Four speed positions (with clutch), general purpose mixing tool fitted. (350mm wide x 350mm deep). The product pan is clamped in position on the machine and is raised and lowered by handwheel. An electrical safety interlock is fitted to the machine which prevents the mixer from operating until the pan is firmly located in the mixing position. The product pan has a split top cover, one side has a 100mm dia port. Drive motor is 1.1kw 1490rpm Eex II b T6 flameproof specification. Overall dimensions 1050mm x 700mm x 1900mm high.
