SURMET hemispherical process vessel in 316 grade stainless steel. 1000mm dia x 940mm deep, gross volume 674 litres. Full profiled scraped surface mixer with contra rotating baffles driven from a 2.2kw 415V 3ph motor via a 9:5:1 speed reduction gearbox and belt pulley speed reduction, mixer speed 10-100 rpm. The vessel has a 50mm dia bottom outlet with valve fitted also a temp probe into the base area. The vessel has a stainless steel jacket rated for 40psi W/P and 60psi T/P, which is lagged and rigid stainless clad. There is an homogeniser fitted into the base and isdriven from a 4kw 2850rpm 415v 3ph motor. Vessel has half hinged top cover with safety grid and interlock system.
