 We always endeavour to provide accurate information on equipment specifications and condition. A large database of digital images is available for viewing on our website or via email. If required we can fax or post confirmation details and quotations for stock that is of interest.
- We have chosen a broad range of stock categories for your viewing convenience. Due to the nature of the business and stock movement, there will be occasions when we have no stock to show within some of the categories. For this reason, frequent visits to our site are suggested.
- Whilst browsing, you will have the opportunity to click an "interest" box for an individual item. All such selections automatically register on an email interest form which you can send if you wish. Please be assured that we are not a high pressure selling organisation intent on securing a sale. We will provide you with the information you request and leave the decisions to you.
- Under certain circumstances and when considered appropriate, we are prepared to support our customers that require to conduct product trials and evaluations on their own premises, to establish the suitability of unfamiliar equipment on their products/process.
- Whenever possible, Novatech always secure any existing technical manuals, drawings, data sheets and literature etc. to support customer enquiry/interest.
- Part of our service is to ensure the safe transit of purchased items. Our extensive contacts of national and international export packers are at your disposal. In addition, transit insurance can also be arranged.
- Payment terms and conditions of sale can be discussed during purchase discussions.
